Self-care badge day was a huge success!
On 22 April, 16 Rangers and young leaders came together from across the county to gain their Self-Care badge and 90 UMA minutes. The activity day, run by the county Peer Education team, aimed to help people think about looking after their mental health and develop resilience for some of the challenges faced on a day-to-day basis. From self-care jars to yoga, the day was packed full of activities and lots of laughter!\
